At CreatorBlox, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure a positive experience with our services. Our services are primarily our Software As A Service (Saas), paid monthly either monthly or yearly, as a subscription. Some products include One-Time charges. These all fit within our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Additional services charges accrued through usage of different services within the software are non-refundable.
Cancellation: All accounts may be canceled at any time by sending an email to Support@CreatorBlox.com. An email verifying the cancellation will be sent upon cancellation of the account and no future charges will be made for that account, as long as any additional service fees have been paid and there is no remaining balances for additional services charged through the software.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Eligibility Period: Our 30-day money-back guarantee allows you to request a full refund of your payment if you are not satisfied with our services, software, or products. This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of your initial charge, after your trial period has ended, if a trial period was used.
Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, you must send an email to Support@CreatorBlox.com at least 5 (five) business days before your account is rebilled at the end of the initial 30-day period. In your email, please include your account information and the reason for requesting a refund, as this helps us to improve our services.
Processing Refunds: Upon receiving your refund request within the eligible period, we will process your refund promptly.
The refunded amount will be credited to the payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
No Refunds After 30 Days: We do not offer refunds for requests made after the initial 30-day guarantee period has passed.
